..................................................................................
I love the mix and really do notice a staving off of the "hit the wall" feeling. To be more straightforward, I feel like I can run around for hours like chicken with it's head cut off.
Definitely above what I'd normally get with straight Gatorade.
I'm almost out of the batch, so I have ordered BCAA's separately from the Citrulline Malate this time. I'm going make a guinea pig of myself to see what the biggest factor was.
I'll try it 3 ways:
BCAA's before and during activity in Gatorade
Citrulline Malate before and during activity in Gatorade
Both in Gatorade
To give each a fair shake, I'll try each way 3 times. I'll give the results of the experiment here when I'm done.
Update:
After giving each drink a fair shake for about 2 months, I'll definitely have to say there's an advantage with the BCAA's together with Citrulline Malate.
What do I notice?
Increased endurance. You just don't get any burning sensation. Also, even though I pushed myself extremely hard during some high intensity cardio sessions, I experienced no nausea
Also, when I tried them separately, I noticed that the BCAA's give enhanced recovery and mental clarity. The Citrulline was more of a blocker of lactic acid burn.

How many hours at the gym is enough to lose weight?
Is cardio the best way to get toned? I'm a mom just starting to get back into working out after a long layoff off due to work and family commitments. I haven't been to the gym in a little over 2 years even though I kept the membership and I feel like I'm starting from scratch. I need to lose about 30 pounds and want to shape up as soon as possible.
Is it possible to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time?
